Come and discover the fauna and flora of the fortress, and how this environment was built and shaped over time. Activities and tours will take you on a journey through extended geological time and into microscopic worlds. You'll see a variety of shapes, colours and a rich biodiversity.

An opportunity to develop your creativity and get to know your region better!

The workshops

"When water shapes our landscapes" with Les Petits Débrouillards

From the mountains to the sea, water shapes landscapes, and is present everywhere. In Salses, traces of its passage can be found in the profile of the Corbières, the wetlands and ponds, and of course the sea!

Let's find out how it carves out the rivers, scours the rocks from the mountains and creates the beaches... With a range of experiments, you'll discover how water shapes our landscapes!

Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October from 2pm to 5pm.

"Plant impressions" with La Marmite aux couleurs

For thousands of years, we've drawn inspiration from plants, their shapes, colours and properties. The "Vegetable Prints" workshop invites you to discover two techniques for printing fabric from plants.

Sunday 20 October from 3pm to 5pm - Bookings required - tickets available online
