To give blood, you must
- You must be in good health, aged between 18 and 70 and weigh at least 50kg.
- Don't come on an empty stomach and drink plenty of fluids
- Bring photo ID (MANDATORY)

You will be given a special snack prepared by Romuald's bakery in Salses.
